I created the Get It Write program to build better writers with my colleague Kylie Miller.
Get It Write helps you to understand your audience, find the right words, and use them to connect. It’s a valuable skill, whether you’re writing a business email or a letter to your mum.
And to ensure the training sticks, every participant gets one-on-one mentoring with Kylie or me. Mentoring helps people to apply what they’ve learned, providing practical tips and coaching as we work through a sample of their work.

Our Foundations Program, a half-day training session delivered live online or face-to-face at your office for up to twenty team members
A three-hour tailored masterclass focusing on a specific form of writing. You select the subject to suit your team. Delivered live online or face-to-face at your office
A one-on-one mentoring session for each team member. Too much training is delivered and done - it doesn't stick. Our mentoring helps your team apply what they’ve learned. We meet (online) and work through samples of their writing, providing practical tips and coaching to help them improve.
Cost is $16,000+GST for up to twenty team members.

Our Foundations Program, online and on-demand. Ten thirty-minute modules full to the brim with videos, exercises, worksheets, tips and templates teaching your people the fundamentals of good writing. With a final assessment test and completion certificate, our monthly report will let you know which members of staff have completed the course
Six three-hour masterclasses on specific forms of writing delivered live online over the twelve months, tailored to what you need
Monthly mentoring days - one-on-one or small group mentoring to help your people put their new knowledge into practice. Up to 250 sessions per year are available. Delivered online, staff can book a session and work through their latest writing with one of our trainers. It's hands-on, illuminating and delivers great documents ready for use in the business.
An 'Ask Anything' session over lunch on the mentoring days, which give all staff the opportunity to come together (online) and ask our experts their burning questions about writing and communication.
The enterprise program cost is $150,000+GST for twelve months.
