Unwillingness to stop anything is the most common reason I see strategies fail to make impact.
Apology accepted or not?
When sorry is done right, it is sincere. It shows that the person or organisation at fault is taking action to ensure their mistake never happens again.
Today I’m thinking about whether sorry is enough.
From intention to impact
Sitting between good intentions and great results is action.
Taking action is how we have impact.
However beautiful the strategy
Getting the strategy right is vital.
Articulating it beautifully so it makes sense is essential.
Because activity isn’t impact
Measuring matters. It helps us keep track of how we’re performing. But we must measure the right things.
We must measure our impact.
Game-changing technology
And there is a great deal of online commentary about ChatGPT (or similar programs because you can be sure others will follow) being the death of blogging and quality thought leadership.
But I believe that’s unlikely.
Busy work is exhausting
But working from home also removed the boundaries of a physical office. We could log on at any time, day and night, and work for too long.
Health restrictions limited our social lives and stopped us from taking holidays.
