Whoever wrote it I agree.
Getting the strategy right is vital.
Articulating it beautifully so it makes sense is essential.
But if you then wait until the end of the cycle to check in on progress, you’re missing out on valuable intell and the opportunity to make sure it’s your strategy is hitting the mark.
